About Us
Our Story
My name is Diana Bristow. In 19XX, I envisioned a place where my family could learn more about our past by connecting online to share photos, stories, and information about our ancestors and their past. After years of investigating my history, making phone calls to people who may have known my family members, contacting long-lost family members themselves, and flying to visit family members across location, I wanted to find a way to make it easier for other families to connect.
I created the Viking Roots project to discover more about my family history and provide other people with the ability to connect with their families too.
How You Can Participate in the Viking Roots Project.
My story begins with wanting to learn more about the history of my family and how we [recap lineage story] . Now it's your turn to share your story and reunite with your family. You can create a profile by answering a few questions, sharing any photos you may have, and sharing with your friends and family so they can do the same. Eventually, this will create stories and fill in any gaps within individual bloodlines to better understand where someone came from and the journey their ancestors took.
